As Chief Customer Officer, Jennifer helps Big Data Energy clients develop and implement EDI other data services.  She has over 15 years of IT and business at companies including ista North America, EC Power and Southern Company Services.   Since 1999, her focus has been on the deregulated energy markets and she has implemented solutions in over 100 deregulated electric and gas retail markets.
