Big Data Energy Service, Inc. (“BDES,” “Company,” “us,” “our,” and “we”) is committed to protecting the privacy of personal information provided to us through bigdataenergy.com (the “Site”). This Online Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to BDES Services, as well as the information provided to us via our website, and explains how we may collect, use, and disclose your personal information. In some cases, we may act as an agent of the energy service provider with which you have a customer relationship (the “Utility Provider”).  In such a situation, the Utility Provider has engaged BDES to provide a service. This Privacy Policy only applies to BDES’s collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.
